These Terms govern use of QVideos, a private, single-user channel-planning and publishing-support tool operated by Quang Nguyen. By accessing QVideos, you agree to these Terms and the QVideos Privacy Policy.
YouTube terms
QVideos uses YouTube API Services. By using QVideos, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Authorized use
You may use QVideos only with YouTube channels and content you own or are authorized to manage. You must not use the tool to infringe rights, evade platform restrictions, bypass quotas or security controls, misrepresent ownership, or violate applicable law or YouTube policies.
User control and external actions
QVideos records plans and approvals, but those records do not themselves authorize an external action. Channel creation, uploads, metadata changes, scheduling, and publication require the user’s deliberate authorization at the applicable step. Uploads made through the supported workflow begin with private visibility; publication is handled separately.
Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for protecting dashboard access and Google authorization. Do not provide QVideos with Google passwords, two-factor codes, recovery codes, or other login secrets. Google access may be revoked through Google Security Settings.
Availability and changes
QVideos is provided for the operator’s internal workflow and may change, pause, or stop without notice. Features may be limited when YouTube, Google, hosting, or database services are unavailable or impose quotas.
No warranty
QVideos is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. The user remains responsible for reviewing content, rights, metadata, privacy settings, and publication decisions.
